Refund policy

Twisted Babes Co is not responsible for any packages that get lost, stolen, or are not delivered. All packages are shipped through USPS and the customer will receive tracking information once item(s) ship. There is no refunds for packages that get lost, stolen, or not delivered once shipped.

 

All products are handmade. If there is any issues with your order, you can email me a picture and description of what the issue is 24 hours after receiving your item. If item is being return due to the issue, customer is responsible for shipping fee back.

 

With every product being handmade, no cancelations are allowed.
